"The food was decent. Can 't complain. Really bad service, mainly from the hostess. We initially sat outside on the patio. Within a few minutes of getting an appetizer, the table was swarmed by wasps. They were in our drinks, food, etc. It took about 15 minutes of our 5 year old being terrified before a waitress (who wasn 't even ours, I think we saw our waiter twice) asked if we wanted to be seated inside. As she sat us, the hostess came by and asked what happened. When we explained, her exact words were We can 't help that and walked away, never to be seen again. (Bear in mind, yes, you CAN do something about an insect issue). No attempt at all to apologize, compensate, nothing. This was in addition to the extremely expensive bill. Will not be coming back. This is the only downtown Neenah establishment I 've been disappointed in."
