"Customer service is seriously lacking. The lady made my drink and forgot the whipped cream. She had us take off the lid added the whipped cream and handed us the dome lid. We couldn't get the lid on and coffee was flowing out because it was now over filled. Instead of helping she watched us struggle until she finally helped. The strawberry acai refresher was disgusting and we love these things. Won't be coming back."
