"We had dinner at Asador de Antonio fortunately I 'd rung well in advance to book a table, because the place fills up and with good reason. The reason for going was the 'cordero lechal ' baby lamb which was excellent; perfectly cooked, unadulterated and oh so sweet.Just a few roast potatoes as an accompaniment. The real find of the evening, however, was the starter of 'morteruelo, ' which is a kind of shredded meat with breadsticks. Turns out to be a speciality of Cuenca and is absolutely delicious. Nice wines at reasonable prices. My only slight complaint is that the red wine was too warm for my liking, but that 's a matter of personal taste. all in all, a great dinner at very reasonable prices! Recommended!!"
