"Can’t remember ever waiting 15 minutes for a table, being told and seeing your table is being prepared, another party just turn up and the table is given to them. Ok the table was for 4 but plenty of couples were sat at similar tables. Ordered chicken schnitzel for my wife and a calzone pizza for myself. She had almost ate her meal before mine arrived. When I told the waiter I wasn’t happy he said do you want the pizza or not. As for the food itself the chicken schnitzel was poor with a thin piece of overcooked chicken my calzone very average. The waiter then had the audacity to include a cover charge for 2 people receiving awful service. The owner who eventually took off the service charge was equally rude. What surprised us was the place was very busy when we arrived which is usually a sign the restaurant is doing something right. Well we never saw anything"

"We loved this bar and it has a fantastic beer shop attached with some rare gems that are tough to find in the UK (not just Italian beers). The owner is great fun, very friendly, they have about 8 craft beers on draught, from all sorts of places. The beer is kept really well, and you can drink beers purchased in the shop in the bar too. By far my favourite drinking spot in Como."
