Seul lieu où nous pouvons trouver les huîtres d'exception (Gillardeau, Irlande, normande,bretonnes)et plus simples mais la meilleure qualité des fines de claire.Evidemment,cela a un prix,le prix du très bon,de la qualité extrême des produits.Sont proposés aussi tous les autres coquillages,homard bleu de Bretagne, superbe saumon fumé sauvage d écosse ou bio.Et comme à Paris,ils sont dépositaires de tous les produits Petrossian (caviar,saumon,beurre caviar etc...)Tout cela a Auch servi dans un beau lieu design....merci de nous régaler."

"Reception impeccable, friendly. Very good value for money, for example: regular fresh fish in the midi formula. Simple and quality cuisine with fresh products. Classics with a small touch of interesting originality for regularly renewed dishes: you can eat two or three days in a row without problems. A warm setting and a team that works seriously and deserves to be back there. For my trips to Auch, my favorite address!"

"Three of us had lunch here, on the very nice balcony, which has a great view. We had the set lunch, which is 17 euros for 3 courses, and it was absolutely delicious. We hadnt played golf, but were encouraged by the Trip Advisor reviews to give it a try, and we're very glad we went."

"Taken here by friends who had already eaten here and we were very glad they did ! You need to reserve a table as the lunchtime session no dinner service is usually well booked up and the local French obviously rate the place...which is excellent publicity as ever ! Run by a very friendly couple and all food is freshly prepared ...the interior does remind you of a Parisian style bistro but with heaps more personal service and attention to detail...assorted artwork and black and white photos on the walls give an intimate feeling. Menu arrives on a small portable board and consists of fresh home made tartes like salmon and prawns or goats cheese and are enormous so no need to have starters and main course...main dishes were either lamb shank or cannelloni with vegetables and a green salad and were delicious....for dessert, another wonderful choice of home made patisserie...chocolate variations, apple tarts or lemon meringue and again, a very generous portion ! All this offered at 14 euros a head including coffee plus whatever drinks on top. Well worth seeking this place out and thus avoiding the more touristy venues around the cathedral square area."
