"Few days in split early in season. Went in to try the steaks. You can tell its a bit more upmarket and prices are very fair for the quality (Compared to UK The cold meat plate to start was excellent quality. The steaks quite simply the best steaks we have ever had, and we have had a few! The Wellington was worthy of any top restaurants anywhere, top class. The truffle mash tasted amazing. I only had one small gripe. A Cold plate meant the mash got cold quick. I did mention this at the end and i was made to feel it was my fault for not mentioning earlier. It was still 5 stars but just accept my feedback and make it perfect for someone else.: A hot plate should be standard at this level. Just nearly perfect experience."

"I never do reviews but after eating three times ! at Porto Fino I had to. The food is amazing! I have never eaten so good in a restaurant. Also a big thanks to Nina and Tony who welcomed us warmly and made us feel very comfortable. The service was excellent! Very polite and professional. Nina even watched our Baby Boy so my Husband and I could eat together. We have never experienced such kindness in a restaurant! Again, thank you so much!"

"Had breakfast there and tried the egg burger, veggie omelet and American pancakes. The food was very good and the prices were great for the quality of the food. However, we had to wait around 30’ to get our food, hence the 4 stars. The staff was very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it for a nice breakfast in Split."
