"We ordered tonight and were very disappointed. The order was half an hour late and when we tried to call the shop, there was no answer. When the food eventually came, our order was wrong. We still couldn't get an answer from the restaurant. Very disappointing."

"Visited bombay jocks along with my wife while on a short before christmas in balloch. the interieur is very intelligent and pleasant, with a somewhat contemporary feeling, with decoration that sits on a Scottish connection, with subtle tartan to the everywhere. the staff was wonderfully friendly and beyond knowledgeable to the dressed, and donna gave me much needed advice for a Fussy eater like me. jack, her young assistant, was polite and friendly and very helpful. the dishes themselves were super, but I must warn the readers immediately that the portions are very generous. our starter of chicken pakora was excellent, but near a main meal in his own right. our main courses were equally extraordinary, but again considerably in size. they were tasty and well presented, but let us feel very guilty that we could not finish them due to their sheer size. I would therefore ask someone to visit or live near balloch to give bombay jocks an attempt to be absolutely not disappointed. but the best advice I can give them is mindfulness to the great, and not over order. they are really considerable and generous portions! and of course also an excellent tasting! our thanks to donna, jack and the staff therefore for a wonderful Christmas meal! we will be back safely!"

"This wee hotel is so much fun .its no frills basic room but clean .the personal is so friendly .the bar the lounge and then the back room nightclub honestly a so laugh .we stayed here 4 times now and every time we had an explosion good the money worth"
