"Wir hatten anlässlich des Schweizer Nationalfeiertages am 1. August einen Tisch reserviert. Nachdem wir vor einigen Jahren ebenfalls am 1. August nette Erfahrungen gemacht hatten, freuten wir uns auf einen gemütlichen Abend. Leider wurden wir dieses Mal enttäuscht. Grund hierfür war eine katastrophale Organisation und vollkommene Überlastung der Mitarbeiter. Da eine Reservierung obligatorisch war und das Lokal somit genau wusste, wie viele Gäste zu erwarten waren, vollkommen unverständlich und unprofessionell. Obwohl alle vorhandenen Mitarbeiter im Service nach Kräften ihr bestes gaben - und dabei sogar noch immer ein freundliches Wort für den Gast hatten - waren diese einfach heillos überfordert. Das dieses Chaos auch an der Küche nicht spurlos vorbei ging ist verständlich, obwohl die Speisen durchaus schmackhaft zubereitet waren. Vielleicht werden wir bei Gelegenheit mal wieder kommen - sicherlich jedoch nicht mehr am 1. August oder mit besonderen Erwartungen."
