"It?s a very cute place. Love the decor and location near the Chappaqua train station. I came on a Saturday which gets busy since the cafe is also located near the town?s weekly farmer?s market. I still placed and received my order quickly. The reason I?mgiving them 3 stars is their matcha latte. It?s made from a concentrate and it?s way too sweet for my taste. I asked if I couldswitch out my drink, and they were very understanding. The only other drink I would have on their menu was a chai latte, whichwas also made from a concentrate. I appreciate that they were transparent the second time I ordered, so I asked for lessconcentrate and more milk. Unfortunately, it was still way too sweet for me. The service was fantastic, but I probably won?t bereturning here due to the lack of drink options, unfortunately."

"This is not the first or second time this Starbucks has messed up my order. Either items are missing or the recipe for their menu items are missing or made wrong. I understand if theres a rush happening and the orders take longer to arrive but its no excuse to deliberately having orders wrong. Detail checks,even second checking orders must be applied to this establishment. This just makes this place seem unprofessional, poorly managed and just lacks awareness. Very upsetting."

"Being from Milwaukee, it always my desire to find a local place. My local friends and I were looking for an afternoon snack, and Local came up as a choice for coffee. Once inside we decided to try the food. We ordered guacamole and the simple $5.00 hot dog, and shared the food. Owner served us and was very friendly. It Would be fun to return and try the organic sandwiches. Next trip. 15 minutes from hpn White plains airport."

"I usually love BoBos but be aware, there is no way to use a gift card in their own app. I placed an order via their app which requires a default credit card and put a note in there with all of the gift card information saying please do not the charge the card. Please use the gift card instead, and when I arrived to pick up my order, not only was the credit card charged which it seems happens automatically, however the manager on shift had a long explanation as to why it would be way too difficult for him to refund my card and place the order on the gift card. This is very frustrating as the only reason the order was placed was because I received a gift card. Additionally, from my experience in retail, it is not at all difficult to refund the credit card and redo the water for the gift card. Terrible show of customer service for a place that I typically really enjoyed."
