"Since 3 months or so, as I ve from my country, românia, returned, I try to plant some garlic seeds (romanic) in Swiss soil. my garlic simply refuses to grow. I don't know if it's because of the quality of the floor. here or because of temperature, or maybe I just wasn't born a gardener. sometimes, actually many times I miss to house, I miss the taste of Romanesque garlic, I miss mămăligă, I miss poale n brâu cake, I miss sarmale, I miss murături and I miss tocana de ciuperci. I can imagine that the same happened to other people from other countries, and I can imagine how it feels about the Italians. I am a stubborn man, I have never quit, so I will do my best to eat my Roman garlic in autumn! back to the restaurant, we were invited at a family lunch last week and I must say that this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I am honestly not a fan of Sion(nor the village, nor the football team), I was very sauvage, so I like more the mountain. I never thought I would go into the forest to look for the wild animals and feed them, I would never have thought that I would make care if I did not see Oscar(the corpses) a week, I never thought that the birds can replace alarm în on the morning, I never thought my cat, minusch will follow me în the mountains for meilen (while restaurant) we usually had fish dishes, I let my pictures tell you the story. eating was good, coffee and dessert also and service was perfect and professional, plus the terrace outside îs the best place to have lunch or enjoy the hot sun of wallis în in these hot days, but really I want more of italia here, and less of the Swiss when they understand what I mean. (French, now he wants to cook here more switzerlandish kitchen soon we have pizza here, Italian pizza as they open the kitchen and we will be able to see the pizzaiolo while preparing our pizzas. salutary, it's not!"

"Newly opened in Sion. This restaurant is one of the best around town. The location is not the most ideal, at the corner of a busy crossroad with no view but the interior design certainly makes up for it. Soft lighting, comfortable chairs and good atmosphere. The staff are really friendly, attentive but discreet. The service was fast, we didn't have to wait despite the resaturant being packed. The food was delicious. We had the antipasto, then the moules and Tagliata. We were really pleased, the moules were fresh. The meat was very tender, great seasoning. Really good, cannot complain. I highly recommend this restaurant. However, it is better to book in advance especially for the weekends. Once I tried to reserve a table for a Friday night the day before but it was fully reserved. The weekdays, I'm sure you can get a table if you call on the same day. There are a lot paid parking choices around. The price is correct. It ranges from 25fr 45fr for the main course. I wouldn't mind paying more for the service and the food that I have recieved."

"We were invited for a friend's birthday: correct and exotic cuisine: the choice of meat and fish is amazing and the very good sauces. the scenery is nice and the view of the really impressive valley. However we were very badly received by the boss herself: unpleasant and insulting. There was apparently a flat in the reservation, okay, but it doesn't justify the fact that all the guests were insulted, in one way or another, and above all begged while they were just invited!. no notion of relationship with the client. this part (the longest part of the evening elsewhere) was deplorable. Moreover, it is unacceptable to have a 7-year-old child pay full pot, who at most ate about ten fries. I found the dish quite appetizing and its presentation was impeccable. meat was tender and melting. The revisited side of the wellington was essentially a separation of the various ingredients, but the flavor is there!bref, the excellent performance of this meat restaurant is quite at the height of its reputation!Thank you again for this very good evening!"
