"In unserem Kurzurlaub in Schruns waren wir gleich zweimal dort. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, auch trotz Gewitter professionell und zuvorkommend. Wir haben jeweils zwei Grüße aus der Küche vorab bekommen: in kleinen Schraubgläsern einmal eine kalte Tomatensuppe und das andere Mal eine warme Blumenkohlsuppe. Beides war sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Außerdem gab es Brot (Baguette und Körnerbrot) mit verschiedenen Butteraufstrichen ( Olive, Kräuter, Curry...). Die Suppe wird in einer Schüssel und einem Kännchen mit heißer Brühe, die am Tisch über die Suppeneinlage gegossen wird, serviert. Unser Sohn hat das Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb gegessen. Dazu hat er sich Ketchup gewünscht. Dies kam in einem kleinen Gläschen mit Schnappverschluss. Der Rostbraten war rosa gebraten mit sehr gut abgeschmeckten Bohnen und Kroketten. Der Kronen-Sandwich war sehr üppig und lecker. Danke für das tolle Essen. Im Februar kommen wir sicher wieder."
