"I went here the other day while I was shopping with my children. The staff were nice and friendly and answered any of my questions. In one of my happy meals I didn't receive one of the toys, I went back and asked for it and the staff member quickly fixed the mistake and apologised for the mistake. For a store that seems to have a-lot of younger staff while I was there, there wasn't any issues that I saw with any other customers. I am going to be coming back here. very pleased with my service."

"I must have walked past LOTF for years looking for vegan and vego food. I always thought it was another burger joint. Not much signage to mention that it’s vegan. I even went to the counter and asked if they have anything vegetarian!!! They replied “everything!” 8/10 for vegan fast food. Considering the options for vegos in Parramatta Westfield it’s your best choice there."

"Not a bad store, I have been coming here for the past few years. Has good food and all. They do indeed sell very delicious food and all. But recently I have to say the some of the staff needs a bit more training. Just a few days ago I came to the store in the evening on the 17/2/22. One of the lady who served me in the front was very rude and was not willing to serve me a small chicken biryani only large. Like since when is that a thing that there are limitations of what size of curries I can buy. She intentionally tried to serve me horrible pieces of tenduri chicken but didn't let her. Honestly this a great store but tell that rude lady to not be trying to scam extra money of me because they feel like it. And that the person needs additional training"
