"Okay, so it’s in a strip mall, but honestly, many of the really good mexican places are these days. We found the place through an online review and I was hugely skeptical about the praise on the ribs. What mexican place serves ribs? This one, and they’re not you’re typical ribs. No bbq sauce, just this rich, dark, sweet and savory sauce with fall off the bone juiciness. I got a 1/2 rack and after the first bite regretted not getting a full. Even the tortilla chips were homemade and the best I’ve ever tasted. Great guacamole too. Hubby had a traditional mexican meal, and his was great too. Then, because they were on the menu, he ordered the sopapillas. To die for. Even the light topping of whipped cream was freshly made."

"Basically, we like this place for the good food. The vegetarian options were good. Also, the server was actually able to tell me what things had animal products in them without going back to ask the kitchen! Hurray! There was a hanging decoration over our heads that was just covered with dust and webs. Very off-putting. We all enjoyed our meals very much though."
