"Das Angebot an Speisen ist übersichtlich, was bereits auf die Spezialisierung auf Steaks hindeutet (natürlich gibt es auch Burger, Spare Rips und Menüs für Kinder). Wir hatten die Spare Rips als Vorspeise, das Fleisch löste sich sehr zart vom Knochen und die Marinade war perfekt. Ich bestellte das Whiskey-Steak und meine Frau aß einen Burger mit diversen Beilagen. Das Fleisch war wie bestellt auf den Punkt schön durch (es wurde "rare" bestellt) und die Whiskey-Marinade mit Bourbon (wahlweise auch mit Scotch möglich) war super. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant insgesamt eben typisch amerikanisch."
