"I'm very surprised at all the bad opinions that there are... Personally, I go there very often, the service is always the same and the quality products, the salted waffles regularly change ingredients and it's a murder! Salted and/or sweet waffles are of classic size or too small or too large and well garnished! All the staff is at the top, welcoming very nice, despite the moments of precipitation, they are always at the top!"

"The golf restaurant has changed manager and cook (a cook) quite recently, the team is making a big effort to get back to the hotel, and it's paying. the restaurant is open to everyone, golfer or not, it is very nice to have lunch in a green setting in front of the immense practice. pleasant welcome"

"Repas entre collègues un midi en semaine, arrivés à 12h15, les bières, excellentes, brassées sur place, nous ont été servies assez rapidement (1/4 d'heure, quand même...) nous n'avons pas eu nos plats avant 13h10, le restaurant n'étant pas à moitié plein. Je n'ose imaginer le temps nécessaire lorsque celui-ci est bondé. Pour ma part, une andouillette grillée qui n'avait de grillé que le nom, semblant avoir été cuite à l'étuvée et colorée sur la partie extérieure pour lui donner un aspect brun (peut être encore un miracle de l'industrie agro-alimentaire???). L'intérieur n'était pas du tout serré comme celui des andouillettes de qualité qu'il m'a été donné de manger auparavant même s'il n'était pas haché comme celui des pires andouillettes du commerce, peut être du fait d'une cuisson insuffisante ou inadaptée (?). Seule la sauce à la moutarde en grain et crème présentait un intérêt pour agrémenter les frites (assez bonnes quant à elles), et le mesclun servi avec était sympathique. La flammekueche d'une collègue que j'ai pu goûter était correcte, sans plus, sa cuisson étant un peu juste. Le demi-litre de bière blanche que j'ai consommé était quant à lui agréable, avec des notes d'épices et d'agrumes légères. Service correct, sans plus semblant parfois un peu perdu... Dijonnais, je n'y retournerai éventuellement que pour la bière."
