"Went here on my own on Saturday night about 9.00 for a chilled meal after loosing my dad. Very expensive cup of tea nearly £4.00 and not in a pot, rest of food was poor and badly presented and I just felt like they wanted to pack up and asked me several times if I had finished, when obviously, due to position of myknife and folk, I hadn’t. Unfriendly staff and what a shame as it is really quite a lovely restaurant with traditional atmosphere and lovely views. They are probably catering for end of night customers after pub which obviously was not happening! Very disappointing and expensive!"

"Visited on at Terrible customer service, when they take you to the table. Customer service seems more concerned if you vouchers or not. I had a cash voucher but still ask to show as some no longer valid. Even I said was a cash voucher still want to see it. Which was rather annoying. If Bella Italia don't won't to give vouchers simply stop with this deals. Customer service with other staff good thou. Food was a bit tasteless. No non alcoholic beer or cider simply not acceptable. We are in If there was a review for less then i would give it."

"I and my friend went to scotch and rye for our dinner. when we came in, we sat right away with a friendly face. the bar staff max and connor were so stubborn and full of enthusiasm behind the bar. it has given energy into the bar. then, when we had a look at the cocktail menu, I didn't know what to have, so our waiter, who was also very friendly, beat the melon cooler, who tasted amazingly. our burgers, who were a mac and cheese and a wildburger, were so big and delicious. would highly recommend."

"I ordered 3 meals, of the three one meal was missing, one was correct but had the wrong side order and the final one was just a random meal and not the one I requested. The chicken itself was the driest I've ever experienced. All in all, very disappointing and certainly not worth the price and given part of the order was missing, a total rip off. Sadly, as a take away and not living close to Inverness, there was little to do about it."
