"Have been to this restaurant twice and have enjoyed the food both times. The lamb chops are my favourite just perfectly done. I love their grill (lamb tikka, malai chicken etc and also their taza curries. As other reviewers have said, the place could do with some more work in terms of cutlery, interior etc but food is definitely first class :"

"Fantastic and friendly welcome. Staff very attentive and excellent in every way. Had the Jaipur, amazing flavour with loads of chicken, mushrooms and peppers. Chicken cooked superbly, so tender. Only negative, chicken tikka starter was tasty but the mint sauce was bland and there is often a red sauce, but this was absent. With this addition it would be my number one restaurant. Should this be an addition I would definitely return!!"

"We visited Big Khans a couple of times last week as we had business to attend to in the area. The online times show as open at 11am but the staff casually open 15-20 mins late. The food we ordered was precise and plentiful on both occasions. They have a few indoor seating places to eat and offer free sauces to accompany your meals. Most of the staff never smiled or looked happy at all, it was hard to understand the man who was in charge of the serving as he spoke so softly and his English was not the best. I have still rated the business as five stars as the food was served promptly and tasted great. They have good daytime offers and also serve pizza during the day from opening. They have an offer on where you can purchase and 12 inch pizza for £4.35. Also For there masala fish they use proper Cod fish."

"The pizzas at this place are crazy good and the meal deals make them really good value too. Delivery times are, as another reviewer said, all over the map (could be anywhere between 30mins and 75mins), but if you order before you’re really hungry you can avoid getting hangry whilst you’re waiting. Staff are really friendly, and polite and the restaurant looks well run so confident in cleanliness. Not sure about any of the other food as I’ve only ever ordered pizza. They’re so delicious I never get past them to try the rest of the menu."

"A genuinely good experience. Ordered a family special along with the jajik, was told by the manager that there was no need to order that as an extra as it was with the family special anyway. Then they served us with bread and condiments which...was in the form of a mildly spicy dip and a garlic-mayo dip. As they tasted fairly nice, the bread finished rather quickly We asked for more and they didn't hesitate! Then eventually they mains....... what can I say.....a HUGE platter full of meat and chicken in the form of kebabs, wings, tikka and donner resting on a bed of rice! Yummmm. They didn't disappoint! I'm not a fan of wings, but I have to say the were SUCCULENT! The meat tikka was just right, not too chewy, the chicken tikka nice and tender! It was a munch- fest, if I may say so.... Each time we requested bread they brought over more and did not charge us any extra! Including drinks we paid about No complaints. The waiters and the manger were polite throughout. A genuinely nice experience!"
