Trying to cut them, but not cut through, so became a muddy mess!.......Holbrook has no lack of Italian pizza restaurants.............slept your oil soaked free zeppole...will never be another purchase......... "Brownstones is extremely loud to the point of almost not being able to communicate with others in our party. Then the check comes (two checks, one for cash and the other for credit card). After looking at the check we were charged .60 per person for half and half with our coffee! Also you have to carefully interpret the fine print on the menu since a custom omelet with choice of three items but you will be charged 3.00 extra dollars per meat if you choose for more then one meat. Don't expect to get toast with your omelet, that's extra too!With so many options for food Brownstones is no longer a breakfast option for us given the noise, added fees and hidden charges. One would think they would have to be up front with you if you want anything more then black coffee."
