"Slow drive thru line and tasteless burgers . Took 25 minutes for 6 cars to give orders plus 10 minutes to get our food. Grandson said he liked the chicken but my cheeseburger was tasteless. The tater tots were ok. Second time I 've had a bad burger from 2 different locations so it must be the Sonic recipe . Burgers are yuk!"

Way too much mustard no onion on all 24 cheese Krystal's we ordered $29.95 we also ordered junkyard fries 3 out of the topping was missing. On top of that they had us pull out front wait for our order for over 15-20min. Was very disappointed, unhappy, we was in town visiting family. Just got off the road drove for 10 hrs for a horribly made bite to eat. ????"

"Let me start off by saying only one young guy with dreads was nice and talked to us. The manager with her durag was there rude asf talking to her employees as if they were her frienda calling the n word. I came into town visiting from Downtown Los Angeles and even my own neighborhood people greet me regardless if they hate working, that I'm Hispanic, etc.. the big girl in the front didn't say hello, acted mute and was just plain rude. Zero work ethic. I'll make sure no one comes here that I love."

Been with Jacks for 6 yrs because it's a family owned Restaurant that treats its Employees very well. And The Food? Just like Grandma cooks.
