"Very disappointing: I come to Flims since a few years and I have seen how Ustria Startgels is deteriorating in terms of food and service. It used to be my favorite place.... Recently I made a reservation for the night, it’s a special menu for 135. including the transfer from Flims with snow machines, I booked 1 month in advance for a special occasion and they simply lost my reservation?!? Meaning I could go, and they didn’t really apologize neither, just kept saying what should we do? Well at the end they didn’t anything .... not even an email saying „sorry“...."

"Large, well appointed restaurant complex on the slopes. Large outside area, if the sun is shining, otherwise 3 separate areas inside. Always friendly staff who deal with the issues of skiers and families well. Prices similar to self serve elsewhere, notable is the salad buffet in the main self serve area. It 's pay by weight, so a careful selection without heavy sauces can be a relative bargain, and heathly to boot.Recommend if you are hungry on the piste."

"The Bargis Restaurant is usually open from Christmas until Easter and then again from mid of may until autumn. Check their website for details. When the restaurant is open, there is also a bus service from Flims Post once every hour. The views from the valley behind the restaurant and also from the viewing point which is just 10min away are breathtaking. The restaurant has a very expensive menu and super friendly staff. In the winter month, they arrange a moonwalk with fondue after the walk at every full moon. I didn't attend it, but it must be a once in a lifetime experience. Not suitable for small children though..."
