"We ordered a takeaway from Barwell, as we are regular customers. After an hours wait we phoned to see where our food was and was spoken to very rudely and told our food would be another 30 minutes. We explained that we phoned an hour ago and did not realise the wait would be this long, to which the man denied and said we had not phoned an hour ago. We gave him the time we called and he still denied it. We asked if we could hurry our food along please as we had not antisipated such a long wait, to which he replied it would be another 30 minutes and hung up. Really disappointing customer service."
