"As someone who is fortunate enough to be able to afford Starbucks regularly (meaning I spend a good chunk of my low salary I make as a teen fast food employee ? I take my coffee very seriously. I really like going to this Starbucks with my mom because it 's near the area but this market center is awful to drive around when it gets packed. We always have a hard time moving around because it 's rlly cramped especially when the drive thru is busy. The customer service is always good, the employees through the drive thru are always very nice and energetic, even during rush hour. The drinks are pretty good, I think they 're good for the time we go (when it 's busy they tend to come out a bit rushed but other than that I haven 't been disappointed with the product. The main reason why I love this location through is because they use small circular ice which I really like, I enjoy muching on them when I 'm finished with my drink, and prefer this shape rather than those big uneven chunks of ice other locations use, I think you get a bit more product this way too because other Starbucks usually load up the drinks with a bunch of ice to make it look like there 's more beverage then there actually is. I don 't consider myself too much of a picky person, so overall I 'm very pleased with this Starbucks! I do recommend coming at certain times of the day to avoid a huge line in the drive through tho, that way they take time with your drink ?Also my recommended drinks that I almost always get are either the Regular Shaken Espresso with an extra shot (if im tired and need the energy ? and replace with Oat milk (this drink is very similar to the Brown Sugar one but it has a stronger taste for my liking, and doesn 't use the BS syrup or a Iced Matcha Latte replaced with Oatmilk and add in Vanilla Cold Foam ? (for when I 'm craving something sweeter"

"Worst dunkin’ ever. you can never park in the parking lot because the driveway is so full, and if you order via the app you still have to wait 15 minutes for them to make a DRINK. don’t go here if you’re in a hurry."

"I love love love the people who work here. I'm a proud regular at this location. I'm originally form Boston, which has a several dunkies locations in just about every single town, it was a shock to find out there are only a handful of dunkies in the entire city of San Diego and it's surrounding areas! Luckily, this one was the closest to both of the places we've rented here. I never visit the others just due to the staff, they really are great. They knew my order within the first couple of visits and every time I'm waiting for my food at the window, they strike up a conversation. That comes as a relief since drive thrus are usually sort of awkward if you have to wait for food and the cashier just stands there with the window open, totally silent. I tip them extra whenever I have cash on me, because as someone who worked at multiple dunkin donuts locations in Boston, I know what they put up with there and how bad some of the customers treat them throughout each shift. The line here can get long, like sometimes there are cars lined up in the street, but the parking lot is big, and there's also street parking if you don't want to wait But if you do wait, it's not as long of a wait as you'd expect, they are quick and efficient here. Plus, the lines are usually on weekends, but not every weekend. It usually depends on the weather, when its sunny, there seems to be a bigger line. But again, they are real good at getting cars in and out of there"
