"We came in today at around 1700 and got sat fairly quickly.. read signs that kept saying “come early for table” etc. Little did I know this meant wait 3 hours for food. We ordered shortly after being seated and the food (I kid you not) took 30+ per dish to come out. That’s for the two appetizers we ordered. Then we had 4 rolls that didn’t come out until closer to 1940 ish? I sat there and noticed they were serving other tables their rolls before ours. Which we came in 1.5 before they came in! Food was not bad and that’s why I didn’t leave a 1 star review. I really tried to be so patient with these people but I can’t and I won’t be making a return back to this establishment due to the more than long wait times and the fact they don’t send our food orders in order by who came in first or who ordered first. It was way too all over the place for my liking. Another thing I will mention is that ALL of the sushi rolls that came out were poorly rolled and were very loose? I guess that is the word I would use. I would pick up the roll to dip and it just falls right apart."

"Came in on a Tuesday night; I would say we got here during the dinner time but it wasn’t rush hour. We got our number and then proceeded to sit/wait until our number was called. In part due to the language barrier when young guy called our number we did not hear him. Usually the number would show on the screen as they are calling numbers but that didn’t happen. Noticed the number after us had been called so we went up. Once the customer (191) noticed our number was before there’s she notified the gentleman but he proceeded to give them a table. When I thought we were next to be services he then proceeded to give the customer before us the table. When I mentioned we were next he stated “please wait”. Guess that’s customer service! The food is ok nothing extra; just simple."
