"Returning to a restaurant after three months is almost surreal as well as strange for those, like us, always loved this place of sharing and pleasure. Today there is spaceship, masks and those who have more of it. Fortunately it is a beautiful Saturday night of late May, we are with friends and children and this place is right in our case. A farm half an hour drive from Lodi that fills view and heart. The owner (but apparently missing the sister who here is the true factotum) is very kind and so we take advantage of it to drink an aperitif, based on Ortrugo, in the beautiful adjacent garden the dehor in which you eat. For children it is a perfect place, with animals and ample space to play. The menu is fixed but the products are all of their production (or almost) and the quality is indisputable. Fixed menu at € 28 (we don't spend something extra for the three bottles of wine) which includes mixed appetizers with excellent meats and some salty cake; a couple of first (Ravioli with ravioli and risotto with vegetable garden) and a couple of seconds (the excellent roast-beef). We drink Roverone di San Colombano and, with the tart made in case and a round of bitters, we finish a dinner that satisfies us under all points of view. "While cycling along the southern bank of the Po I came across this wonderful restaurant. Although at 18 euro my menù fisso lunch was slightly more expensive than in many other similar restaurants, the food was well worth the extra coppers. The fusilli were hot and tasty, sliced roast beef perfectly cooked and salad fresh and crunchy. Wine and mineral water plus coffee. Good service and a fine view of the Po. Highly recommended."
