"We made a family dinner last week. this pub has a really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. the quality of the food was very good with an excellently presented Sunday roast and a beautiful selection of appetizers. will definitely go back in the near future."

"Hmmnot sure what management is thinking They re-did the menu and it's supposed to be "tapas" style, but the prices are not tapas worthy."

"A mixed experience we felt the cooked breakfasts were slow to arrive and when they did, were very underwhelming (heard a neighbouring diner comment the same). E.g. no toast served alongside/no garnish/three rather small pancakes with some maple syrup/etc. However the Sunday roast lunch was very good large portions, large Yorkshire pudding, nice starters and desserts."

"Had dinner here on a Sunday night. The restaurant was quite quiet but had been extremely busy for Sunday lunch we were told. The service was good though, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. We both chose the steak as the other options didn't really appeal a d we felt for us, there wasn't a great choice. However the steak was well worth it, beautifully tender, just the right portion size and I think the chips were the best I've ever tasted! A tad on the pricey side but certainly worth it."
