"We visited with friends. The service was fantastic, super friendly and informative you could tell everyone really cared about the restaurant. We ate the beef carpaccio, anchovies and easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. I’d definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat!"

"Just back from a week in Es Cana Ibiza. Took a walk towards the bay and thought we stop for bite to eat. Visited the Solimar from recommendation. It was very busy but we manage to get a table. Food was lovely but we had to wait over hour the service was very slow. If we had been told we had to wait so long we probably would have tried elsewhere. When the food came it was hot service friendly but felt neglected through the evening. When it was time to go we asked for the bill 3 times before we received."

"This is definitely my favorite pit stop in San Carlos, perfectly located in a pedestrian-only street of the new village... open from noon till evening during the summer season only on Viccio's menu, superb gelato flavours, hot cold beverages and a range of delicious snacks, all served by a cheerful and energetic team... just go there, enjoy the experience! San Carlos is one of Ibiza's quieter destinations, definitely worth a visit... the new village area features interesting retail shops and food outlets, great for chilling out"
