"Fish Thyme is my favorite restaurant for quality and flavorful seafood! I love getting the North Georgia trout and truffle fries. The food and experience is always amazing! "This restaurant has changed property and name. It's called the Altoona Grill. The food is excellent, the beer is cold, and the staff is friendly. The covered outdoor area offers a fantastic view of the lake while eating. If you like good food, you have to go here."

"Horrible! Food tasted frozen and old. Greasy too. We only ate a few bites, could not eat it. We left and went to Bahama Breeze. Save your money and eat elsewhere."

"10/28/22 I went in to make a counter-order. An employee went straight from me towards the window, chatte and then went back so surprised to see me there. He began to take my order of 4 high-level 2-part fishmeals. The window service person interrupted him three times with a problem about green beans that a drive by the customer did not want to pay for... wrong containers. At least 3 other employees went behind cashiers from the kitchen... not sure what they did, but not solve any problem. The window supervisor (female) held the Hollering for kitchen staff while interrupting the box. After all, I got my order to take home to a friend who moved because we shared a fast meal. We're sure we didn't go through the drive thru line because it didn't move all the time as I was in the placement and execution of my orders. The car with the green bean problem should have been asked to move and park while others could get their orders in the window. We were very disappointed with the quality of food. The fish pieces seemed to be fried and then back in a microwave.... very rubbery texture and not crisp. The part of the green beans and in-law was about 1/4 cup... about half of the section in the extraction container. Is that how we save $1 for the older meal with fewer portions? The Hushpuppies were edible, but not on quality. We always enjoyed Captain's D's about Long John Silver's, but this time not........."
