"First, I really love Starbucks their coffee, merchandise, ambience, etc. However, I had a very unpleasant experience this morning regarding the free red cup offer. I wanted to get a cup for me and one for my daughter, so I deliberately ordered two of the specialty drinks required to obtain a free cup online throughthe Starbucks app. However, when I picked up my drinks I was told that the free cups were limited to one per order, not one per qualifying drink. Three people, same response. I re read the add and there was no mention of that requirement. ?"

"Dieucks worst experience I had ever had first I could not pay with the card, I went out and got cash she clearly saw I had a $100 I tried to order a simple water with earthy I had no problem for the added earthy to pay, but they wanted to charge me 5.25 for the earthy, because apparently it would not be loaded as a tea latte, which the innocent ones could not take"

"I've been here a couple times and it takes forever to get my drink with only a couple of cars in front of me. I went there again tonight at 10:15 (they close at 11) and they denied me service. I'm guessing their lazy and closed shop earlier. Explains why their so slow"

"This is my favorite Maverick! The store is somewhat small, and at times it can be bustling. I do like the overall feel of the store. The selection seems to be OK. The employees are nice and friendly. The overall feel and smell of the store are good. I would prefer that they not restrict the type of ice that you can use. It?s convenient to come in and fill up a water bottle, but when you?re faced with a sign that says you can only use one ice and you need to pay for the other, it?s a little bit disconcerting."

"Tried to hire for catering. At one point I offered to pick up the order but he said there’s no place to pick up. Our colleague that called to pay for our event did so at 2PM and you said you were already home and wouldn’t take the payment. If you stop working then, when can you be contacted? To be clear, no one called you after hours, you were texted. Silence your phone and text back when you can. That’s what most people do or don’t publish your number on your website!Another thing to work on, is stick with what you say. You originally said we needed to pay a “down payment” to book you which turned in to wanting “payment in full” before you’d do anything? Just because a budget was mentioned?!? You don’t know the budget! That’s when you told us to “save some money” and go to Costco, you really showed what kind of caterer you are! Apparently, one who doesn’t need business. The budget was $1000+ FYI.We contacted another caterer who was pleased to help make charcuterie cups (with fruit) along with other table grazing items AND desserts that are fun and seasonal. She made amazing suggestions! You were asked for fun and seasonal, to which you said, “go see my menu”. Aren’t caterers supposed to think outside the box to “cater” to the requests and take care of the details? You say on your website that you “love” feeding people? Really? I even sent a sample picture of what we wanted. How hard is that?Grazing tables, charcuterie cups, appetizer bars, and mini foods are trending so maybe consider offering them instead giving paying customers a hard time…or sending them off to Costco."

"The ice cream is delicious and the prices were comparable to most other ice cream shops. The service was great. They offered excellent recommendations. The store itself is really cute with lots of murals and decorations. The only downside is we weren't able to sample any of the ice cream before we bought it, but everything was delicious regardless. Highly recommend the mudslide mocha milkshake!"
