"I visited this restaurant quite a bit and this is not the first time that I have seen this behavior from the administration, but tonight made me so unpleasant (as former service industry staff and customer) that I will never spend my money here again. I have heard rosie that she talk to her personal in a wise manner that is disrespectful, but angie complains that she has to “babysite” the waiting staff on her birthday was just too much. the two young ladies who worked were visibly annoyed and they just stopped. as a customer, I should never hear what's going on behind the scenes, but this is a very small restaurant. I feel bad for the waitress and they have always given me great service. as a customer and someone who worked in the service industry. good personal is not a “Dime a Dozen” they literally make or break their business. most people come because they like the personal. their prices are too high and their eating is not almost good enough for me after I testify how they treat their personal."

"Nice place. The waiter was kind and knowledge. The serving size was great. The Antipasto had a wide selection of meat, cheese, olives, edc. The pizza dough had great taste and pasta was on point. Only in autumn was the pizza crust not as crispy as I expected from wood fire ovens."

"I want to be clear: the food is very, very good. However, this is not a place to dine in. This is a place for a carry out or catering, which is unfortunate because their food is way better than most Italian restaurants in the metro Detroit area. The quality of the food deserves to be enjoyed on site but the dine in area is not comfortable, nice nor welcoming. I reiterate: they deserve 5 stars rating just for the food. The pasta is wonderful, the sauces are excellent."

"A waitress and no hostess for the whole place. she did a good job while cuddling and was quite friendly. we were not long there, but got a good note and decided to try. I asked how the jumbo garnels were, slenders or what. she said, no, it was quite garnel. that sealed the deal for me. the only thing that jumbo was the amount of hard brot to garnish the little, tasteless, strange texture. they do not know that they will see what is under all the tasteless bread anyway. I didn't see much cocose and certainly didn't taste it. they gave me a huge baptism, I'd rather have done some good. When I was done, my teller looked the same as they brought me when I took most of the brote away, and the waitress said nothing to me. what a disappointment. my man had coconut chicken and it was overcooked. we have chosen to be the spezialkartoffles that were a charge and were very salty. we started with cole Slav, which was very good as we had remembered, so we could hope for our eating. we could hardly get out of their fast enough. my man mentioned the waitress that the kartoffels were salty, and she said we should have told her that she had brought another, even though she said that she came out of the same pot, how would that have been different? she was super busy what we understand and we don't think we'd have gotten her anyway. As I said before, you got a good license again. never again!"

"We went there fooled by good reviews but the experience was not so good. The ambience is ok not the greatest. The service was relatively good. Unfortunately we got seated at the back table. Didnt realize its close to the rest room and everytime the door opened, there was nauseating smell. The disappointment worsened with the water glasses. They all reeked of fish. we were drinking water while holding the breath to avoid the stink. When the server brought the silverware, they all had residue likely from poor dishwashing. They don't have the so called traditional appetizers. The bread is actually one of the worst I have ever tasted in Italian restaurant. I ordered chicken marsala, it was cooked horribly. It had no taste and consistency of rubber. My nephew had chicken parmesan which was palatable. wife ordered ravioli which was completely bland. The portion size is way smaller as compared to Brio, Bravo. Overall, they didnt live up to their name and reviews. VEGETARIAN PEOPLE BEWARE, THE WHOLE PLACE REEKS OF FISH, DONT GO IF YOU CANT TOLERATE.Lot of room for improvement.
