"We went on a Monday evening and they were very busy with take-out and in restaurant customers. We immediately found a place and thought we had a long waiting period, but they brought amazing vegetable secondary dishes and our meals soon came after. There were not many vegan options on the menu, but the waitress was happy to help determine elements that could be made vegan. The dishes were well seasoned and large portions. We talked to one of the chefs after eating and they were happy to have vegan customers and to accommodate us. They are in the new management and the process of redesign and updating. The restaurant is small and has a family atmosphere that was welcoming and friendly. There were a number of customers of Ft Huachuca when we were there and seem a strong episode of the soldiers who were in Korea and enjoy authentic Korean cuisine. They brought herbal side dishes with amazing spices and sauces as part of our meal. Don't miss Bunbuku when you're in the area."
