"Had a wonderful experience tonight in Tijuana Flats, and I recommend this as a large family restaurant with most dishes under 10.00, fresh food, very good portion sizes, plus indoor and outdoor seats. They have a very unique hot sauce/salsa bar with many flavors to choose from. For this place we had amazing customer service both from the person who took our order and from the server that brought us our food and checked for us. When the management reads this, you are praised to train your team to be friendly, welcome their guests, and do a great job around! The two dishes we bought include a Tijuana Blackened Chicken Burrito w/chips (Kids menu, 6.49), which was huge and tasty; also a Tij Steak Bowl w/chips(7.49) which was very rich and healthy. Last thing I'm gonna add, the chips are perfectly seasoned. Five stars."

"I attempted to call in a to go order. I wanted to order a chicken and steak quesadilla. I was told they can not add steak and that I would have to pay full price of a 2nd quesadilla. I then asked if I could just order a quesadilla by itself and was told they do not do that when I have ordered a quesadilla or a burrito by itself several of times. I then asked to speak with the manger. A woman who stated her name was Chrissy got on the phone. I explained to her what was going on and told her several other restaurants allow you to add another meat to a quesadilla. Her exact words was “you should go there then” and HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I called back and the phone was answered, before I could say anything, she hung up AGAIN! This is not the 1st time I have experienced horrible customer service . Every-time I try dine in , the waterers pass several booths or tables just to be seated by the bathroom … in the back …..in the dark. This is just unacceptable! She was just RUDE. Nothing was resolved and an ordered was not placed. I was so disturbed and furious and couldn’t wait to file a complaint. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!"
