"Was 3 cars back from the drive thru window and had to wait 15 to get TO the window so you would think in that time ALL my food would be fresh. You would be very wrong. Let 's start with the simple order that I placed: Whopper w/Cheese meal, no onion, no tomato with Onion Rings and large Coke and Chicken nuggets. That 's it. The Coke was small, but at least is was coke. The Whopper with Cheese was sort of warm, the nuggets were warm but the onion rings they were in a word, DISGUSTING!! They were so old there were not only cold but they were stale and super greasy. SO what did I do? Well I attempted to contact the store and was redirected in trying to go to the survey. I tried a different route, going direct to the actual location page instead of the Burger King page and had to got to Customer Service. Through a chat app, I was asked questions, answered ALL of them, got to the end and it offered for me to explain my problem LAUGHABLE after going through all of that, it wouldn 't even allow me to type in the open space nor would it all me to just submit everything I just did. GOOD JOB BURGER KING Seems obvious that the system is so over burdened by complaints that people can no longer share their experience either good or bad. I used to work at a BK and I will tell you that not only did the store I worked for INSIST that the food was prepared correctly and freshly but it was CHECKED, which is called Quality Control, done by the expeditor (who puts everything into the bag) and then it is offered to the guest KNOWING that everything was in the bag and everything was hot and fresh. Sadly it is RARE to find anything close to this kind of service at the Jungermann location this was a 2nd chance for them because my 1st experience was also horrendous, everyone has a bad day. In this case, they have bad employees who are not trained in customer service or quality control and they take no pride in the job that they are supposed to be doing."

"Wait is always long and orders are always wrong. I've been given a half full container of fries on several occasions. I've also found a phone number slipped into the bag when my boyfriend picked up food for us. The manager immediately becomes defensive and snarky when any issues are addressed. I really hate complaining about service so I'll just pick a different location from this point on."

"Never drank there, but they have an excellent breakfast! Biscuits and gravy are much better than these chain restaurants. Tater tots are really good too. Prices are fair. Two of us ate for around $12. Bartender for breakfast was soo nice and friendly. Have to be 21 and up to get in."

"Stopped by this place for lunch since I was visiting the area on a day trip. Should?ve kept going because I placed my order and specifically ordered a tuna sandwich without tomato. I was called to pick up the order and there was a big slice of tomato in the middle of the sandwich. The bread was so tough I could hardly chew it. The potato chips were stale. The only good part of the meal was the soda and how can you mess that up?????"
