"Hubbie and I visited Cafelicious in CBD Ayr on our way home from Townsville 20/06/16. Menu board out front of shop enticed us in for brekkie :D weren't disappointed. Big brekkie I mean BIG very affordable.... scrambled eggs with greens (eggs however you liked) slices bacon, hash brown, sausage, tomato, two slices of toast and a just right temperature huge cappuccino (made on good coffee) yummo. The staff - lovely ladies friendly and helpful. Large menu to choose from several fresh salads for sandwhiches, the hot box filled with yummy home cooked meals fried rice, lasagne, curry, sweets to tempt anyone. Cafe itself clean and decor bright and inviting. Large booths and table and chair settings. Lovely social hub. Ticked off in our notebook when travelling that way to visit again."

"The fact this place has 4 stars shocks me. Firstly waiting 55 mins for an over cooked bland steak not to mention the managers horrific attitude. I would of appreciated if she didn’t slam every plate infront of me while trying to collect them. Any member of hospitality staff should be aware of the skill is staking plates gracefully on their arm rather than like a 3 year old with a toy hammer set Won’t be back. The bar staff are an absolute delight I have to stay which is the only positive I will give this place. Smiling faces and happy to help whenever needed"
