"Lovely, a little smaller than expected and some of the tables are very close together but ours was fine. There was a large group in which made it a bit noisy but nothing unbearable and the staff did apologise. The staff were lovely and so was the food, will definitely be going again"

"My husband i could not fault the food. However eating at 7 15 pm on a Saturday evening we were subjected to a nearby table who were drunk 2 men 2 ladies swearing continually. Sadly the f c words. "As soon as we entered the front door the female staff (I’m sorry I forgot her name- she had brown hair) we smiled and greeted my family. Her customer service skills were exemplary; she showed patience, expectations to our orders and more importantly true personality. Throughout the meal she asked if the food was satisfactory and we were all happy with everything. We haven’t been regular to this branch of harvester, but from the service delivered I will now gladly be a patron. The only thing I can think of to improve the service; may be after every starter(s) cutlery will be replenished. We had to ask for more knives and forks as we used or forks for the starters and salad dishes. When our main courses arrived we then asked for replacement cutlery. This is only a minor blip as the overall experience was excellent. Your staff at Monkspath has restored my faith in customer service 10/10"
