"Love this place to sit and relax with a great cup of coffee. The scones are super delicious, and I make my own scones, but these are way better!! Also, not a lot of places offer coconut flavoring, and I will drive the 10 miles to get that in my coffee. Plus, everyone that works there is so nice! I feel very welcomed here."

"This is my local Dunkin?, I am here more often than not. Terrible customer service, employees are rude and have a terrible tone when speaking to customers. This is the worst Dunkin? I have been to in Chicagoland and I?m reminded of that every time I showup here. I finally decided to leave a review because the girl asked what my order was 4 times over (Iced Carmel macchiato withskim milk) said ?bye? to me very rudely the second she handed me my drink, over poured my coffee and put a broken lid on mydrink which resulted in coffee spilling all over my brand new WHITE coat. Annoyed."

"This Dunkin has been ran by rude staff who never have a smile on their face. The have someone new today who was older who I’ve never seen before who had a spirited attitude but that was a first. Anyways. This dunkin never gets orders right and needs to be told exactly how things have to be done. I get an avacado toast everywhere and they always get it right except this dunkin. Sometimes they forget to put bacon in general or never toast the bread! First Picture will be from a different dunkin and next 3 will be from wauconda dunkin. Today I found a beard or mustache thick hair in my box. Gross. Please change out the staff. My job is right next to here so this sucks that it’s the only dunkin that I pass and I unfortunately have to deal with my food being made incorrectly and just cut up my bacon, toast it and sprinkle it myself. Sad."
