"Excellent value, gotte service and delicious food. we ate here at 3 consecutive days and it was consistently good. had to wait outside for not more than 10 minutes, it is worth waiting. traditional breakfast is 2 eggs, fruit, toast and choice of bacon/cass/ham/sausage/beans and endless coffee, which is decent quality. we were in fairmont le manoir richelieu straight on the road and we prefer chez nous because food quality, service, price and ambiente so much better!"

"This very small, 4-6 table, cafe is located behind the main road, (blvd. de comporte) one block up a hill. It sits at the end of a small road among clothing and other shops frequented almost exclusively by the local residents. The owner of the cafe is a very pleasant man who is also the cook and the waiter. Food is what you would make yourself for lunch, such as grilled cheese, club sandwiches, bowls of soup, etc. and is average in quality."
