This is definitely a place on Central Avenue in North East Yonkers that everybody knows and loves when they want chicken and all the trimmings that go with it. "Good for the game. Doubledays is a sports bar with plenty of screens to see the big game. Even if you sit in the dining area, it's seperated from the bar by a glass partition so you can still see everything on the screens, it's like a mirror maze with alot of glass and mirrors. It offers the basic pub food with fairly good wings and burgers and a good veggie burger but the only problem was that the bun was stale. Fries were tasteless and onion rings were limp and on the greasy side. The onion soup was good as was the Quesadilla. The steak sandwich was hailed as pretty good. Service was friendly. If your looking for fine dining, this isn't the place but if you want some basic burgers and wings and some big screen TV's, give it a try."
