"A short car ride from meymac, the restaurant overlooks a lake surrounded by forests. there are many activities around the lake, but the place was peaceful when we sat on the terrace for dinner. most of the tables were occupied and there was one. good buzz around the tables; a safe sign that people had a good time. eating was unpretentious and sufficiently portioned. nothing nice here, simple dishes properly prepared. I had the bark tar with fries (not always the safest choice, but it worked well), another hoes the gut (perfect cooked) and another one the lasagne. we had a decent bottle red cotes du rhone. the service was a little slow, but friendly. the prices were very reasonable. overall a pleasant evening enjoying the cool evening temperatures."
