"During the recent storm, we needed somewhere with power so that my children (8,8,1) could get a decent nights sleep out of the heat. We decided to find a hotel close to home with air and Wi-Fi and checked in around 6:30pm. Put the baby down in our pack n play around 8, and shortly after the chaos began… kids running through the halls, people in all of the rooms surrounding us laughing and yelling and partying. Midnight, it was still going on and my baby had yet to sleep and was screaming, super over tired. We decided to pack up and head back home because nothing could be worse than this. Went to the front desk at 12:15 am, disheveled and almost in tears and said “we need to check out, the baby can’t sleep, we can’t sleep, everyone is yelling and running around”, instead of an apology or asking if we’d like to switch rooms or ANYTHING, the front desk girl said “would you like a receipt?” nothing more. I left fuming with an over tired screaming baby in my arms. Don’t go, find somewhere else. Literally spent $130 for 6 hours of my baby screaming and crying."
