"A little jewel on the docks of Genesee River... I love ROC Clam Co. I enjoy this small, casual and friendly room. We were there several times and were never disappointed. The seafood has always been fresh and well prepared. I'm picky about crabcakes... here they're excellent. There's a bonus. Watch the boats go up and down. Maybe even catch up the lift bridge for sailboats with high masts"

"First time there. Atmosphere is nice. We sat inside but very nice. Fish fry was very good, all other meals were good, 8 meals total. Regular fries left a lot to be desired, get something else. Drinks were solid. Views of the river are very good. We'll try it again."

"Pelicans nest is a classic Rochester Summer place to be. I can bring my daughter here for lunch on a bright sunny day or come later at night to drink and dance with my husband. The food is predictable but tasty. The outside seating is a major plus for me, there are umbrellas on the tables. The menu feels right for the location, the classic wings and burgers but also some seafood dishes. This is not a vegetarian friendly restaurant. The drinks are well made. On my most recent visit my daughter got a burger and I got a crab cake sandwich, the crab cake sandwich had a chipotle mayo that brought it up a notch for me, the fries were seasoned and crunchy. The classic clam appetizer brings me back to my childhood. The server was really nice. We have and will visit often."
