"This chipotle does not fail to disappoint. I have come here a few times because it is close to my apartment and every single time I’ve had to wait at least 25 minutes to get my bowl. They ran out of rice the first time and this time they ran out of guacamole. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and this place is in dire need of new management. it ruins the name of chipotle. I don’t usually leave reviews but I made a special exception for this case because this chipotle has really put me in a bad mood several times."

"About to be 1 am and The line hasn’t moved in over 10 minutes. Also if you are an Uber driver your orders are sitting on the counter but you can’t get to them because the location is closed inside, and the employees won’t give you the food if you go to the window even if the order is ready. This used to be my favorite location, but even during the day when I come here the manager seems to have a little attitude now. It has all changed with in the last month."

"I went with my whole team after work (Party of 10). I was very happy first, but when I received my buffalo chicken sandwich for dinner, I was a little worried that there was hardly any chicken on it. They were honestly all roasted crumbs. As a recurring customer (second time) I had really praised my team about the large foods, portion sizes and environments. I had ordered the same sandwich the first time, so I was very excited to have it again. A fellow human in my party also ordered the same exact sandwich and the sandwich of this person had a large part of the chicken. We were all surprised with the differences of the sandwiches. As a customer who spends over $100, would I have expected my server to understand my concern and maybe contact the manager? Instead, he brought the cook out and the cook tried to explain the cooking process and the portion sizes. He culminated by saying that if I wanted more chicken, I had to pay more. For me this was very unprofessional; moreover embarrassing. Since when does a cook have to come from the kitchen to explain to a customer about portion sizes? At this moment I had to ask the server to get the manager. There was a male manager in service who was very respectful and understanding the situation. I think he was even surprised that the cook came out of the kitchen. As a management employee myself, I was horrified about how everything was going. I want to hear from someone in your company office, because I am really concerned about how your restaurant treats this kind of situations."
