"An overstretched kitchen that was clear in the crumbles, led to our food (cold items only) being served over 1.5 hours after the order. no one has provided an update and our table essentially avoided until a waiter has explained the situation. these things happen, but ignoring their customers is unprofessional. applaus for this waiter who took more than his part of the debt while the manager never appeared and when we paid our jackass did not offer a word of excuse."
