"We went there with family and friends when it first opened just to try it, found the new staff and management very friendly and eager to please, I had never been to a Mexican restaurant before, and they were very helpful explaining the menu to us. Our food came in due course, and our table was all served together, we have all been back many times since, they have a great breakfast on the weekends, i particularly like their eggs benedictine. PS. The Mexican beer isn't to bad either."

"Another day, another lunch. School holidays and this place was pleasantly busy around lunchtime. I ordered a chai latte. It was okay but I’ve had better. But it was served hot which was exactly what I needed. Water was placed on the table quickly. <br/ My daughter chose the corn fritters with bacon. I had the chicken burger. Portion sizes were great. Taste fabulous. It’s wonderful when people know their food and how to cook and present it. The moment the food hit the table we knew we were in for a good meal. <br/ And then we saw.....the cheesecake. With only one slice left, we snapped it up for later. <br/ This cafe has been altered so although it has an outside feel, it is enclosed from the elements. Gas heaters are strategically placed to keep customers warm. <br/ Service was fast as always with a smile. Very welcoming. <br/ $30 a head was a little steep but quality made it worth it. <br/ Notes: wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at McAdams Square. <br/ We will return. <br/ d e b i "

"A very disappointing meal overall. We were with a party of 7, and most of the meals were well under standard of what we expected. We have dined here before and had just average' meals but last night was terrible. Most of us ordered Fillet Steak. Now I know Fillet Steak is a small portion of beef, but these were the size of a tennis ball. The ones that were ordered as medium to well done' arrived at the table as if they had just been cremated, extremely dry and overdone. At an asking price of $38? What a joke. Won't be back in a hurry that's for sure, if at all."
