"This is a small Italian restaurant just off of the Main Street in Chieming and been there for at least years. Have eaten there for many years and always loved it. Visited last week and were very disappointed. The greeting was unfriendly and clearly...we were an inconvenience to the Hostess/Owner. she "allowed" us to take one of the many empty tables grudgingly and then made us wait for minutes before she came to take our drink order. It took another minutes to get the drinks and they were not busy! They finally took our food order and in the meantime another table of people left because the service was so slow. Today she refused to take a request for reservation for people claimed she didn't have that much space even though they have a large garden area with plenty of seating. She was unfriendly on the phone so I hung up."
