"Went to Boon for dinner...not good at all. They do not know how to season there meat or cut a flat iron steak that I ordered. Could have made better at home, and not pay $165.00 for a crappy meal. Ordered there Brussel sprouts but they where to sour to eat...and there beet salad was maybe 7 sliced beet chunks with small dollops of goat cheese...OK but had a delicious beet salad and delicious Brussel sprouts right next door another day. And they had a nice bigger seating area...not crammed in like sardines as boons dining is. And boon requires a 20% service fee...which goes straight to the owner. That is on top of your tip for your waitress...woww boon...your not in Beverly Hills serving food, your in little Guerneville. Won't be going back ever!!! Even if the meal was free. Check there prices out before you sit down and ask about there ridiculous 20% service fee. And stroll on next door to have a nice dinner that tastes delicious and doesn't cost a arm and a leg and you'll actually have a real table not packed in. Go to Main Street Bistro instead....right next door!! Yumm"

"The atmosphere and surroundings are gorgeous. The La-Z Boy chairs at the bar (instead of barstools) is charming. The outside seating area is small but pleasant. Service was slow but overall decent. The prime rib sandwich was disgustingly greasy. It was dripping fat and left my fingers covered in slime. The fries were good and the Philly cheesesteak was fine. "The music venue is awesome. But, they charge a mandatory 20% gratuity for self service food and drink! Given that I stand in line to order and the most they do is deliver the food to my table, I think this is pretty outrageous. I'll still go for the music, but I'll eat beforehand."

"We arrived around 5:30 and were asked if we had a reservation. We didn’t. But, no one was seated on the side where we were seated. It was my husband’s birthday weekend and we had a wonderful day on the river. We sat patiently for 20 minutes for someone to even bring over water.We watched other tables get seated and they were served water, wine and even food before us.After 30 minutes waiting, my husband went to the bar and got my daughter and I a bottle of wine and himself a $12 cocktail. The owner?/hostess? Looked at him with such a mixture of incredulity and anger when she walked by. We were the last to be waited on in the room. My daughter is a teacher and said, “Look around they’re all white”My husband is Mexican and I’m white and our daughter 1/2 and 1/2. . We were clearly racially profiled. I have never in my life been treated like this before. My husband’s ravioli was good. The rest of the food was sub par.Risotto was dry and inedible. My daughter ate her chicken picatta because she was hungry after waiting 2 hours for food.Let me be clear- this was not the waiter’s fault.It was the woman that sat us and then ignored us.Never , ever would I recommend this place. And, I will tell my friends to never go there."
