However the delivery driver was unexpectedly early (good thing, normally), and waited for me to finish what I was doing and come down to meet her. "This place is much, much better than the one in Santa Clara. Friendly staff. Takeout was fast. And coming from the Midwest, I'm happy to say the pizza was what I expected (I've had other places muck it up). Not very busy on a Sunday, I think all the local pizzerias are people's choice out here, so a decent Pizza Hut is a viable alternative to waiting an hour for something more expensive."

"This place is fantastic! As a displaced New Yorker, I have eaten at this restaurant at least once a week since I discovered it after moving out here. The staff is great and always has my order correct, hot and ready to go when I arrive for pick up. As for the food, the name says it all. This is an authentic New York pizzeria transplanted into Silicon Valley. I've tried a bunch of different things at Giovanni's and I've never been disappointed. Pizza Their pizza is great and reminds me of the pizza back home which is hard to find out here. Thin crust NY pizza with a crispy crust and fresh toppings. They also do Sicilian style and it's very good as well. Garlic Knots Another thing which is bizarrely difficult to find on the west coast, their garlic knots are great. I recommend picking them up as a nice appetizer with your meal. Hot Sandwiches I am obsessed with their shrimp parmigiana sub! I pick one of these up essentially every time I stop by. I've been eating these since I was a kid growing up in NY and could never find a good one after I moved out here. Giovanni's has it! If you're like me, you need to try one of these sandwiches; They always hit the spot. Pasta Giovanni's pasta is great as well. I've tried their Fettuccine Alfredo and added some shrimp to it as I'm a big fan of seafood. They had no problem accommodating this off the menu request and I was very happy with the result. The pasta tasted fresh and the sauce was very good also. I plan on ordering this one again soon. These are just some of my favorites, but they have plenty of other great appetizers and meals as well. Their prices are reasonable and the food is great so If you're near Sunnyvale and you want some great east coast style Italian you need to try Giovanni's!"

"This location was not honoring the 2 medium 2 topping pizza for 5.99. This happened for both online and over the phone delivery. While some upcharges are understandable (a dollar extra for a premium topping), after we made two medium pizzas, the total wasabout thirty dollars. The person I spoke to indicated this is because non-standard sauces count as a 3rd topping making thecoupon no longer apply. At a different nearby location we were able to make the order for about $17 dollars."

"The worst domino?s pizza i ever ate. I ordered a pacific veggie pizza as i am a vegetarian and when it arrived it had meat chunks on it?yuck?we had to throw it?and above all it looked like it was uncooked too from inside and all the toppings were somessed up on the pizza like they just threw them on it. Never going to go again?and then they abuse their customers for notgiving them a tip for the pizza that i didn?t even eat. They think we grow a tree of money at home. Scammers!!!"
