"Seeing as this is just about the only takeaway in Blantyre on TripAdvisor which may ultimately lead to me creating a local review platform called ‘Scrantyre’, I’ll keep this brief. ‘Meal deal consisted of a large donner kebab, a box of chips and a...can of Vimto which was so hot I’m sure it was done in the fryer as well. The kebab did not come with salad and sauce as you’d usually expect and I’m sure Hannibal Lecter has prepared more edible meat dishes. Meanwhile, the chips were so cold I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d been delivered to me from the Indian city of Madras as opposed to Madras Cottage down the road. This was a ‘Just Eat’ order. My advice to you would be to ‘just eat’ somewhere else."

"First look at this beautiful restaurant. we ate. the buffet and had a really nice meal. eating was excellent and the staff was beautiful and made us feel so welcome. they have no drinks license yet and nabeby had to make a quick sprint over the road to scotmid for a bottle red. this was not a problem, however, and we had a nice time and will be definately back!"
