"I am currently home sick and recovering and I wanted to send a big Big Bagel Bundle with orange juice and Fresh Brewed Coffee to my staff as a surprise to say thank you for all of their hard work in my absence. Unfortunately, the two tubs of cream cheese were missing which were the main components of the entire order. I called and explained my situation to the manager and he was very understanding, polite and gracious enough to deliver the cream cheese himself. Im very thankful for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to reconcile the situation. It is not jist excellent food, but quality and care like this that truly makes the world go round!"
