"While on vacation in the area, We stopped there for dinner. The place is clean. The bathroom is clean. The employee was very fast making our sandwiches and was very friendly. While eating, one of my child found a big greenish fly in her sub. I told the employee, and I showed her the hairy bug. She was disgusted as much as we were and apologized. She wasn't able to do anything. She asked me to leave my phone number and the manager would call me back the next morning.The manager did call me when we were on the road the next morning. She told me that I would have to go back at the restaurant to get my compensation. I made the detour to the place. I told her my name, to which she replied: "which kind of bread will you have?" What? It's 8:00 in the morning, I don't want another fly-loaded sandwich for breakfast! I asked if it was possible to have a prepaid card instead. She agreed and gave me a signed piece of paper and told me it was good for a 12 inches anywhere in the region. It wouldn't be any good in other Subway restaurant in my place. On top of that, the piece of paper was valid for the next 2 weeks or so.I left, laughing at the poor management choice Subway had made with my case. It's just ridiculous. I threw out the piece of paper and promised to never go back there."
