"After 3 days of heavy but very tasty Lyonnaise dining it was a pleasant surprise to find fresh local ingredients with an French/Asian fusion presentation. The atmosphere was low key and welcoming to non-French speaking guests. The waiter and bartender were more than happy to explain the menu and made us feel comfortable dining with the locals. If you are traveling in eastern France don't skip Gap. It is a real town with enjoyable people and amazing dining experiences."
